JRT are larger, and lower to the ground. PRT tend to be leggier, and
    smaller overall.

JRT's are shorter and stockier, and generally have a longer muzzle. PRT's are leggier, shorter muzzles, and i believe have more colors.

The difference bettween a Jack Russlle Terrier and a Parson Russlle Terrier is the Parson Russle Terrier has Longer legs and therfore is not as stocky as the Jack Russlle terrier, but because the Parson Russlle Terrier has longer legs it is also a little faster Than the Jack Russle terrier. The parson is recognised by the Kennel Club, it is a "pedigree dog" with a breed standard. The jack russell comes in many shapes and sizes, it is not recognised by the K.C. and has no breed standard. They both can have rough, broken or smooth coats.
