Have you ever seen or heard of a Rottie with a black tongue or being related to a Parson Russell Terrier?

    If it's related to a different breed, then it's not a Rottie.

    It's possible that he could have a black tongue.

    Yes, Rotties and Chow Chows can have black tongues.
