I WANT A JACK RUSSEL SOOOO BAD BUT THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE! DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A BREEDER OR A PUPPY SHELTER IN THE NYC AREA (THE BRONX IF POSSIBLE) THAT MIGHT HAVE THEM???

They are so crazy hyper. Go to the shelter and save yourself some money! Those dogs need a good home. I found a mix terrier at a shelter!

You could always check with your local animal control or your local humaine society animal shelter. They will put you on a waiting list for any certain breed. I have done this before and it's great. I would suggest going to the animal control and a humaine society that kills, so you'll be saving a dog that has no where to go.

Check out Pet Finder. They will search all the area shelters and give you listings of Jack Russels and other dogs.
I have a Jack Russel and she barks constantly and digs. I love her to death, but if you're in an aparment, you might want to consider that.
