Weaning Jack Russell Pups?

I have a new litter under 3 days old and i have done a lot of Research into weaning i just would like for somebody to confirm i am right before i start.
Start Weaning at 3 weeks old with a good quality puppy food soaked in boiled water, feed pups separate to ensure they all get the right amount for there weight, feed pups 4 to 5 times a day. Start worming at 3 weeks and every 2 weeks after that.
Slowly week by week reduce the amount of fluid in mix but ensure plenty of fresh water is always available.
As you can tell 1st time at this but hope i done enough Research not to be judged and any other helpful advice would be gratefully received

Well you have a pretty good plan but I never started to supplement their nursing until 4 weeks old and I always allowed mom to still nurse the pups.
What do you mean by separate the pups?? They should all be fed together but with out mom there. If you have more than 4 pups then make 2 shallow bowls of the puppy mush. I used water bottles so the pups can have fresh water when ever they wanted it. It's alot neater too and there is no way a pup can accidentally drown in the water dish too. It has happened!
Worming schedule is ok.
You have the reduced water in the food ok but just make sure you increase the food amounts for their growing needs ok.

Sounds like you did a good job!

As for the weaning, you don’t have to worry about that. Mama will know when the puppies are ready to be weaned, and will do it herself. Once you know they are starting to be weaned, have that food ready for them.
