I don't want to breed my Jack Russell but I do want to know how often she will come into season so I can be prepared and also on the off chance that she does get cought because I was unaware of when she is due into season I would like to know what I will be dealing with.

blimey what jack russels do you lot know, average for a jack is 4 possibly 5, and bitches are in season for up to 3wks, they bleed for up to 11 days are normally mated on the 12th and 14th day, they come into season around about every 6/7 months.

   She can have up to 14 puppies. And they come "into season" once a month but it lasts for about 1 week.

   she can have up to 12 they come in to season twice a year and they are in season for about 1 week but will still take a dog up to a week after they have finished there season hope this helps

   normally between 4 and 8 depends on the dog she can either come into season evry six month some bitches do and some come in once a year but you cant breed of her evry six month it is not only cruel but you could not register the puppys
