I understand they are extremely high energy but she can't even be petted without her thinking your hand is a toy.
Our 3 yr. old jack was not this hard to train when he was a pup & I do understand they are teething at this age but offering an alternative which worked for our other jack russel is not sinking in nor have stern comands outside of sit or stay worked at this point & I'd like to avoid muzzling if at all possible.
try using something like a muzle

She's a puppy. Tap her nose when she bites, scold her. Puppies are very wired. It should wear off.

You have to be soooooooo patient w/Jack Russells. You may not have realized what you have gotten yourself into. He is a pup, and it wil take a long time to get him trained. if he is chomping your hand, take it away, and give him something he can chew on. Over and over and over.
