i want a small dog pretty hyper someone who can go everywhere with me so what do you suggest
If you want a hyper dog, I'd suggest the JRT. Pugs are *awesome* pets, but they aren't hyper at all.
Good luck!

Jack Russell. Very hyper and go many places with you as opposed to a pug perhaps. They're sensitive to heat.
lol pugs are so hyper in my experience… only in short bursts though, I guess!

Pug. They are soooo cute! The only problem with them, I think, is that they may be heavier and stockier than the other ones so if you want a dog you can carry around with you you may be carrying a bit more weight.

I'm biased for the pom. But you have to take into consideration about the care of the animal, not just temperment and travel-bility. IDK about a shiba inu, but a pug is laid back. JRT are very hyper–I believe with less grooming responsibility than a pom. Poms are hyper but adaptable, they love play but also cuddle time. Although, poms need to be brushed often because they have a double coat that'll mat if not properly taken care of.

If you are thinking of your first dog and have not had a dog yet, I suggest you take some time and consider not only these breeds but the individual lines what you find are from. Jack Russells may have to much energy to go everywhere with you without demanding to much attention but that depends on the line. Some Shiba's have great temperaments and some lines don't and they won't let a stranger near them. You wouldn't want to be out with a dog that was fearful of people. Same thing with a Pom, some are great and could be wonderful to go everywhere while others lines (or families) are yappy and wouldn't be great on outings. If you are looking for a dog that "can go everywhere with you" your best bet is from show lines. Show dogs are shown with attitude and must have the temperament for it. So that is a start, I also think you should spend several hours with these breeds and the lines before choosing an individual from one. Somehow the way you phrased your question makes me think that your not being realistic in the way you think a dog will behave from the get go.

Well, for high energy the Jack Russel or Parson Terrier is always a sure bet! I think for an active outdoors person, this is a great choice. Just be ready to do some training, they are very smart, and require patience and consistent handling. With training they can be fantastic dogs.
The Shiba Inu is an extremely independent breed. Rarely can this breed be reliable off a leash. This is probably not the best one if you plan on being out and about. This breed does not bond as well with its owners, but they are very, very, very cute! They tend to be runners, meaning they like to run off. If you have this breed, start working on the recall right away!
The Pomeranian is a fun little breed as well, but they do also like to sit on a lap. For an active outdoor dog, it is not the best choice, nor the worst. Also, an adorable dog breed. They are very protective, socialization early on is a must!
Pugs can be very active too, but you do have to watch them outdoors in the heat with their breathing. They can get overheated a little faster than some of the other breeds. They also are not always as easily reliable off a leash. And this breed is more independent and often harder to house train.
Have you considered a silky terrier? Or Cavalier Spaniel? Two more breeds who really bond with their owners and who love to go places!

the shiba inu.
1) they're just the right size.. not too small so you won't lose it or anything
2) active / hunting dogs so they have lots of energy
3) totally adorable faces!!!!
4) not many people have them compared to the other options
jack russells are very hyper but they are also escape artists so it might go missing if you're not careful and may cause lots of trouble in the end.
however.. the pug may be a good option if you dont want to deal with a lot of fur because shibas and pomeranians both shed during the summer
i have a shiba inu and i take her everywhere.. we go on roadtrips every weekend and she can fit in my tote bag when i go shopping. also shes up for anything adventurous but also has a very feminime side.
