We need to know how wide the road is. If it's a two lane road, it would only take about a second to cross.

total length to be coverd = 200ft+6ft = 206ft = 0.0390151515 miles
speed = 20mph
time taken = distance/speed = 0.0390151515 miles/20mph
= 0.0390151515 h
= 140.454545 seconds

Assuming that the crossing starts when the front of the car starts along the road, and ends when the back of the car has left the road, then the car must travel 206 feet. 1 mile = 5280 feet. Since the speed is constant all you need to do is find the percentage of the distance travelled compared to 20 miles. 20 miles = 105600 feet
100% of 20 miles would take one hour = 60 minutes.
206/105600 = .00195
so it would take (.00195 x 60minutes) = .117 minutes
(.117 minutes)(60 sec/min) = 7 seconds
