I have bought a puppy. We know its mum was a jack russell but not sure what his father was. The vet thinks he is a Jack Russell Dachshund cross but i have never seen one before. Does anyone have one and if so do you have any pics so i can compare?

   I’ve never seen one before but I’m inclined to agree with your vet due to the pup’s colouring (and possibly length)!

   Yes, he could be a Jack Russel crossed with a short haired Dachshund.
   My friend has a Jack/R crossed with a long haired Dachshund and he looks very similar to your pup (only with longer coat).
