Sounds like he has hurt his back or paws, so that he is afraid to move (that's the most positive answer).
On the flip side, he could be paralysed, whether temporarily or permanently, but he is obviously in pain (that's the negative one).
Try ringing round all of your local veterinary surgeries, because one will have an emergency service.

ok… no idea what you are trying to explain. it makes no sense. if something is wrong with your dog- TAKE him to the vet, dont wait for them to answer the phone. duh

Find your local emergency vet hospital.
they are all supposed to be open 24 hours a day.

could have swallowed something and its caught in the intestines. If he's in that much pain I highly suggest you find a ER vet. Use a search for a 24hr vet clinic. Desperate measures - could take him to the local animal shelter, they might be able to help too.

My dog did that once cus he had a hair hanging out of his butt. check that. and please make more sence when you type. it was EXTREMELY hard to understand you!

Maybe he hurt his leg, Jack Russell's are very sensitive, my one squeals at the slightest thing. Ring out of hours vet if you are worried.

maybe sever constipated, or maybe pulled a muscle in her back, or hurt her leg, keep trying vet, keep her calm and don't lift her. keep trying vet good luck hope she will be alright.
