I have just brought a new monitor but the built in speaker isn't great. I need a couple of very small (running out of desk room!) speakers that i can also plug headphone into if i want to. Any suggestions?

My poor jack o' lantern is all deformed now, this is the second year in a row. How can I prevent it in the future?

It could be any type of omnivorous animal - mouse, rat, opossum, raccoon, skunk, rabbit, etc. They are probably around your porch or wherever you are placing your jack o'lantern all the time, you just notice them now. Sift a dusting of flour around it, and see what kind of tracks you find it you want to identify it. You can either call your local animal control and let them set a live animal trap and relocate the animal somewhere else, or just make sure that the rest of the year you aren't putting out food that attracts it, like pet food, or leaving the lids off the trash cans, etc. You might try wrapping your jack o'lantern up in wire mesh, like hardware cloth or chicken wire - the critter won't naw thru, and it might look kinda cool. A caged jack o'lantern…
The other thing that attracts animals is the smell. Try not carving the pumpkin and breaking the skin - try drawing the face on , or using the transfers that you can buy at the supermarket. We have a pumpkin and scarecrow display in our yard, and did not carve the pumpkin, and haven't been nawed on yet. Good luck.

Nothing you can do. Her size is predetermined by her genetic make up. What you should be doing is feeding her high quality dog food (without sugars, dyes, corn or wheat) and making sure she gets plenty of exercise. If you insist on adding to the pet over population, your focus should be on well bred, healthy animals and you start with how you treat the mother.

now her back keeps shaking, she has had really bad flesa and so has the dog. we took the dog to the vet 3 days ago as it had bumps on her back. (which the vet informed us was the result of all the bites.)Then i went and did this last night! Shes not being sick or crying. could this be whats happened to the cat instead of bumps? Im taking her to the vet tonight when my husband comes back from work.

You might have overdosed your cat. I don't think it a big difference in the formula between cat and dog frontline, but the dosage matters. it was probably way to strong. I would take her asap. It doesn't take long for that to go through a cat system and she could be permantly harmed if you wait to long. by long I mean an hour.

Hi i am getting a 55 gallon soon for christmas it hink , i wa sgetting a 60 gllon but the guy sold it , it was 15 inches wide soiw anted it but the 55 i can find is only 12 inches wide is that okay if my jack dempsey reaches like 10 inches?

Yes 12 inches should be fine, even full grown the fish will have enough room to turn around. The only thing with a 55 is that the fish may become territorial over the whole tank and not allow tankmates. Other than that it should be fine, good luck.

I am 15 years old and petite (5'1" and skinny) for my age. I am also the shortest and smallest performer. The youngest performer (Little Red) in our production of into the woods is 14, with the oldest (Witch) being 45-50 years old. I was recently cast in the role of Jack’s mother. Any advice on how to pull off playing this older part (or any reason the director would think to give me this part :D) would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe he (or she) gave you this part to see how well you preform. But I think you should give it a try and have fun! Good Luck!
