There is a shortage of Pet Friendly Landlords.
Doing this for a friend who has been looking for ages for another place to rent, but many landlords will not take his 2 Jack Russells.

Most landlords will say no pets. This doesnt mean you cant move in with your pet, the landlord no longer has the right to evict you for keeping a pet as this is in breach of new European human rights laws. At worst all they can do is make you repay costs for any damage the pet causes at the end of the tenancy. I live in a rental with my dog and the landlord has accepted there is nothing the can do. Looking for two pet costumes for my Jack Russell Terrier and my Beagle/Collie Mix dogs. I am hoping to find a Pinky and a Brain costumes because they both look and act like these characters.
I checked eBay for dog costumes and 13 pages came up. Unfortunately, there are no Pinky and the Brain, but there are some other really cute ones.
Good luck!

we have a jack russel terrier and on the internet i have read that you should give them jobs to do to stop them getting board but i have no idea what ind of thing they mean. bear in mind with live in town so catching rodents is generally out. (unless you count our pet hamsters that is)
A job doesn't necessarily have to be a job. You can get involved with all kinds of pet sports like agility, flyball, flying disc, obedience. You could get a dog backpack for him, put some waterbottles in it for weight and go for walks to exercise him and make him tired.
Also, for a smart dog like a Jack, you might try clicker training. There is a great book called clicker training for dogs which has in it "101 things to do with a box" which is fabulous for making dogs think and a lot of fun for the dog and for you. It's always entertaining to see how dogs solve the problem of figuring out what you're looking for.
Good luck!

Pet ownership is an abysmal situation brought about by human manipulation."
-Ingrid Newkirk, President, PETA, Washingtonian, August 1986
I don’t use the word "pet." I think it’s speciesist language. I prefer "companion animal." For one thing, we would no longer allow breeding. People could not create different breeds. There would be no pet shops. If people had companion animals in their homes, those animals would have to be refugees from the animal shelters and the streets. You would have a protective relationship with them just as you would with an orphaned child. But as the surplus of cats and dogs (artificially engineered by centuries of forced breeding) declined, eventually companion animals would be phased out, and we would return to a more symbiotic relationship – enjoyment at a distance."
-Ingrid Newkirk, PETA vice-president, quoted in The Harper's Forum Book, Jack Hitt, ed., 1989, p.223.
"The cat, like the dog, must disappear….. We should cut the domestic cat free from our dominance by neutering, neutering, and more neutering, until our pathetic version of the cat ceases to exist."
Let us allow the dog to disappear from our brick and concrete jungles — from our firesides, from the leather nooses and chains by which we enslave it."
-John Bryant, Fettered Kingdoms: An Examination of A Changing Ethic, PETA, 1982, p.15.
PETA doesn't want our dogs..they kill 90% of the dogs they rescue, and kill them by gassing, NOT humanely.
ALL they want is our money..That's all..They exist to raise funds. Those funds should go to local shelters, but they don't. Give to your local shelters, not PETA

I just purchased this product for my pet. I see a change in her behavior already. She no longer bites or scratches her skin. She was diagnosed with sarcoptic mange but the dips didn't work. This product was recommended, but I haven't read any testimonials about how well this product works. Any comments would help. Thanks to everyone in advance.
Well, it's helping your pet, and that's all that really matters:) I've actually never heard of it before.

They are quite yappy, but are really cute and small and quite obedient (depending on how you treat them)
