my neighbor had just sealed his driveway and my dog ran thru it. She is a jack russell terrier
You can go to almost any store and pick up "Goo-gone" or another product like it. Its great for removing labels, gum, and all matter of sticky stuff. Best of all, it is all natural (made from orange oil). I used it in my husbands hair after he had electrodes stuck on his scalp, and used it too many times to count on the terrier to remove pine tar from her fur. Good luck

he's a jack with something else because he has his whole tail (unless they are docked? i dont know?)
anyways, i'm wondering how i can determine how old he is…
i dont really know how big they get or anything. i'm familiar with larger dogs as i have german shepherds. i'm also wondering where a good place to put an add would be.
Jacks do have docked tails, so it's possible he just was left with his "factory equipment". Is it a puppy, or an adult? You can get a very vague ball park by checking teeth….if it still has it's puppy canines, it's probably younger than 4 months. If it shows a lot of wear, canines worn, possibly tarter build up, it's probably more of an aged dog….but that's not a 100% sure fire thing….some dogs are harder on their mouths than others.

Why is this? I've stuffed it with treats but she still wont go near it, she just barks and growls at it.
Does she bark/growl, and "bow" with her butt in the air? Is her tail up and wagging? Does she run of and come back? If so, chances are she is "playing with it. If not, hold it in your hand and let her come to you and sniff it. Don't move it around or tease her, just sit with it in your hand. As she gets used to it in your hand, set it down beside you. The whole time ignoring her and the Kong. Don't make a fuss when she barks/growls. Ignore it. When she gets used to it being beside you, move it away a bit….keep going through this process until you are completely away from it. By this point, she should be ok with it and start to chew it.

is it true to get the dogs that small they induce a normal jack russells pregency early.
No, they breed dogs smaller than the standard to other smaller than standard dogs which generally results in small, sickly pups that people pay a fortune for.

My 9 week old Jack Russell female keeps barking incessantly when she wants attention, she sleeps in a puppy cage at night in the kitchen and early morning she starts this continual barking, its non stop bark after bark. If she is in the car, which she also travels in a med pet carrier for safety as she is so small she also barks incessantly when she wants out! I want to discourage her from this needless barking - please help! However she needs to stay in the puppy cage for safety as I have other older dogs too.

One person said that they put peanut butter in the dog's mouth when they wouldn't quit barking, and it put a stop to it after a few times…LOL maybe worth a try…

I started out by giving him leftovers, but then I started cooking an extra serving for my Jack. Obviously, I don't make him sit at the dinner table with me or do anything weird like that.
I was just wondering if anyone else likes to cook for their babies like this? Or if it is weird to cook for a dog?
My mother-in-law used to cook bacon for her chihuahua Chrissy. When that one died of a heart condition, she cooked whole chickens for the next one, on the theory that chicken was healthier than bacon. As long as you debone your chickens before you feed 'em to your doggy so he won't get the bones stuck in his little throat, I'm sure he'll appreciate all that attention. And it's no fun cooking just for yourself, is it? So what's the harm? I talk to my doggies all day long. They don't talk back, but I enjoy saying silly things to them anyway. What's the point of having a pet if you have to be SANE with 'em all the time!?
